If you're talking to a customer about a rental unit and you're asking them what they're going to need, you need to make sure and ask them if they've looked at the manhole frames. Have they taken the lids off and looked to see what types of frames they have? Because before you take that lid off, you can't tell what the frames are.

So let's assume they get this rental package and it comes with the standard speedplate in the package. Now they've got the road shut down and their crews in place, and they're ready to do the repairs. And they open the first manhole frame. And it's a smooth wall that's going to be a problem. They're not going to be able to cut and pull those manhole frames from the road.
