What warranty do the tools carry?
The following Platinum Series Six Shooter, Gold Series Six Shooter and B-52 Cutter components will be warranted to be free from structural defects for a period of One Year from the Date of Purchase:

The above list includes all the Mr. Manhole parts that are warranted. All other products carry no warranty.
All components that are to be replaced under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer in an unrepaired state. If the component has been repaired or modified in any way, the warranty is void. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return defective parts to the manufacturer at: 125 South Canal Street, Delphos, Ohio 45833. You will be invoiced for the replacement item(s) and a credit will be issued upon receipt of the defective item.
Warranties are valid only for the original owner of the equipment and are non-transferable. Warranties apply from the Date of Purchase from Mr. Manhole and/or authorized distributors. The Product Registration Form must be received within 30 days of the purchase date, accompanied by the original sales receipt.
