Is the liner material in the Mr. Manhole rebuild system adequate to support the weight of traffic?

The liner material has been tested and will support 180,000 lbs. ( see test documents here) However, the liner is not the primary load bearing component of the Mr. Manhole rebuild system. The concrete collar poured around the liner and under the flange of the manhole frame bears the weight of traffic. The liner supports the frame during pouring of the concrete and afterwards is the seal that prevents leakage into the chimney section of the manhole.
