If I use the Cookie cutter system to do a road penetration what is the protocol for excavating to expose the utility?

We have a complete engineering specification for this. The simple answer is to remove the Cookie and then set our certified round trenchbox and vacuum excavate as the trench box slides down into the excavation exposing the utility.
